摘要
为了防止风中含沙量过高和风力过大对叶片造成长时间的侵蚀,最终导致叶片过早损坏,文章设计与制作了一款基于PLC的风电模型,利用三菱PLC进行编程,通过风速风向仪和沙通量传感器实现对风中含沙量和风力的检测,最终利用MCGS触摸屏实现对风力发电的监控和管理,从而延长风力发电机的使用寿命。
The blade erosion caused by excessive sand content and wind will lead to premature failure blades eventually. In order to prevent that, the paper designes and builds a model of wind power based on PLC. With the Mitsubishi PLC programming, the sand content and wind force of the wind can be detected by anemometer and sand flux sensor. With the MCGS touch screen, the monitoring and management of wind power is realized, so as to prolong the service life of wind turbines.
