摘要
近年来,随着我国经济的发展,我国化学工业的生产量及化学工业产品的使用量大幅度增加,其在促进相关行业发展的同时,也造成了一定的环境污染。为解决化学工业产品在生产过程中排放废弃物以及废弃气体,以及部分化工产品在生产完毕后产品本身可能在使用过程中释放有毒物质的问题,必须重视发展绿色化学工程,并加强绿色工业技术在工业生产中的应用,通过在化学工业生产过程中使用绿色生产原料、催化剂,以及优化污染物处理和排放技术等方式发展绿色工业技术,达到节能环保的目的。基于此,文章分析了当前绿色化学工艺对化学工业发展的意义,并提出了我国绿色化学工艺水平的提升策略,对未来绿色化学工艺技术在我国的应用方向进行了预测。
In recent years, China’s chemical industry production and the use of chemical industrial products have increased significantly with the development of China’s economy, which not only promotes the development of related industries, but also causes certain environmental pollution. In order to solve the problems of chemical industrial products discharging waste and waste gas in the process of production, and some chemical products that may release toxic substances in the process of use after production, it must attach importance to the development of green chemical engineering. It should strengthen the application of green industrial technology in industrial production and develop the green industry through the use of green production raw materials, catalysts, and optimization of pollutant treatment and emission technologies in the chemical industry production process, to achieve the goal of energy conservation and environmental protection. Based on this, the paper analyzes the significance of current green chemical technology to the development of chemical industry, and puts forward some strategies to improve the level of green chemical technology in China. It predicts the application direction of green chemical technology in China in the future.
