摘要
化工工艺风险极易引发火灾、爆炸、中毒等安全风险,科学开展化工工艺风险识别与安全评价,是促进企业安全生产、保障员工人身安全的重要措施。文章围绕化工工艺风险识别与安全评价,在阐述化工工艺常见风险的基础上,围绕识别内容、等级划分展开化工工艺风险识别研究;在提出风险识别防范要点的基础上,分析化工艺安全评价内容,并基于模糊评价法,对化工工艺安全评价展开研究,仅为我国化工企业开展安全风险管理工作提供参考。
Chemical process risks are easy to cause fire, explosion, poisoning and other safety risks. Scientific identification and safety evaluation of chemical process risks are important measures to promote enterprise safety in production and ensure the personal safety of employees. This paper focuses on the identification and safety evaluation of chemical process risks. On the basis of describing the common risks of chemical process, the identification of chemical process risks is studied centering on the identification content and classification. On the basis of putting forward the key points of risk identification and prevention, the content of process safety evaluation is analyzed. The safety evaluation of chemical process is studied based on fuzzy evaluation method, which can only provide reference for Chinese chemical industry enterprises to carry out safety risk management.
