摘要
数控车削加工作为加工技术的主要内容之一,不仅极大地提高了车削精度,包括车削质量精度及车削时间误差精度,还可以稳定加工质量,保证零件质量一致。加工零件的质量及加工时间,理论上主要是由数控程序决定,而不是由机床操作人员决定的。随着车床数控化率的大幅提高,如何满足数控车床快速编程、高效加工的需求,值得思考。对此,文章以实践加工过程为基础,探究数控车削加工技术的应用特点及原则。
As one of the main contents of the machining technology, CNC turning not only greatly improves the turning accuracy, including the turning quality accuracy and the turning time error accuracy, but also stabilizes the machining quality and ensures the consistency of the parts quality. The quality and processing time of machining parts is mainly determined by the numerical control program, rather than by the operator of the machine tool. With the increase of CNC turning rate, it is worth thinking about how to meet the requirement of fast programming and efficient processing of CNC turning machines. So this paper explores the application characteristics and principles of CNC turning technology based on the practical processing process.
