摘要
随着化学工程技术发展水平的不断提高,国内化工领域成功转型升级,社会效益与早期相比有了明显的提升。然而,化学工程技术在具体实践期间,也出现了一些不足之处。因此,需要根据具体的实际情况,选择具有高度针对性且行之有效的改进方案,更深层次地提升化学工程技术的效用。基于此,文章对化学工程技术如超临界流体技术、新分离技术以及热传导技术等多项技术进行深入的说明,全面探讨这些技术在实践过程中出现的种种不足之处,并提出与之对应的处理方案,旨在促进化学工程技术在化学生产中的合理应用。
With the continuous improvement of the development level of chemical engineering technology, the domestic chemical industry has been successfully transformed and upgraded, and the social benefits have been significantly improved compared with the early stage. However, there are some shortcomings in the practice of chemical engineering technology. Therefore, it is necessary to select highly targeted and effective improvement scheme according to the specific actual situation to further enhance the utility of chemical engineering technology. Based on this, the paper introduces the chemical engineering technology such as supercritical fluid technology, new separation technology and heat transfer technology. It discusses the shortcomings of these techniques in practice and puts forward corresponding solutions. The aim is promoting the reasonable application of chemical engineering technology in chemical production.
