摘要
传统高铁接触网建造技术高度依赖具有专业技能的高素质技工和技术管理骨干的个人能力,这种类似工业领域大规模生产线的标准化作业模式已不能很好地适应当前建设市场需求与环境。以智能建造的理念,对传统接触网工程建造模式存在的不足与内在原因进行深入分析,从全面梳理高铁接触网施工工艺工法入手,研究提出高铁接触网智能建造研究的技术路线。围绕“人”的功能展开研究,以实现信息、知识的传递为核心轴线,初步完成智能建造在机械化、自动化、智能化3个层面的分期目标实施方案,基本解决了接触网智能建造的关键技术难题,并提出BIM驱动的接触网智能建造系统方案,展示了通过信息化及人工智能相关技术提升高铁接触网工程建造模式的良好前景。
The common practice of OCS construction highly relies on the expertise of highly professional technicians and masters,which can neither meet the requirement of the customer nor adapt to the market environment of today.The paper makes an in-depth analysis of the shortcomings of the traditional OCS construction approaches and analyses the reasons behind.With a comprehensive overview of the OCS construction techniques,the paper proposes the technical roadmap for the intelligent construction of OCS for high speed railways.With a human-oriented view,the paper works to disseminate key information and practice relevant and puts in place preliminary plans for the implementation of intelligent construction from the perspective of mechanical application,automation and intelligence,which basically solves existing technical problems.On this basis,it proposes a BIM-driven scheme for intelligent OCS construction,showcasing the promising prospects of improved OCS construction mode with the assistance of IT application and AI.
