摘要
隧道穿越寒冷、严寒地区,在含水环境下易发生冻结现象,严重威胁行车安全。随着我国寒区隧道的大规模建设,寒区隧道冻结防控大多采用“防、排、保温结合”的方式,保温排水系统设计包含侧沟式或中心埋置式保温水沟、中心深埋水沟、防寒泄水洞等方式。以浩吉铁路寒区隧道为例,在前期既有聚氨酯保温侧沟措施下,结合现场出现的侧沟冻结、仰拱填充层积水积冰等问题,采用在侧沟、填充层中央排水槽设置电伴热系统加热,在洞外排水暗管内设置加热电缆等保温措施,解决积冰冻害问题,确保列车运营安全。
The tunnels in cold and severe cold regions are prone to freezing in the water-bearing environment,which seriously threatens the traffic safety.With the large-scale construction of cold-region tunnels in China,the“combination of prevention,drainage and heat preservation”is adopted for the freezing prevention and control of such tunnels.The design of heat preservation and drainage system includes the side ditch or central buried heat preservation ditch,central deeply-buried ditch and cold-proof drain cavern,etc.Taking the coldregion tunnel of Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway as an example,with the existing polyurethane insulation side ditch measures and in consideration of the problems of side-ditch freezing,and water&ice accumulation in the packed layer of inverted arch,etc.such heat preservation measures as setting electric heat tracing system in the central drainage channel of the side ditch and packed layer and setting heating cable in the buried drainage pipe outside the tunnel are adopted,to solve ice accumulation and frost heaving and ensure the safety of train operation.
