摘要
高速铁路供电安全检测监测系统中广泛使用辐射测温技术对接触网主导电回路中出现的异常温升进行检测和监测,然而受材料发射率影响,辐射测温的结果与真温存在差距。为研究接触网主导电回路零部件材料热辐射特征,采用2种方法对3种典型材料发射率进行测量。实验结果表明:3种材料的发射率有很大区别,且随温度升高存在不同变化特征;同时在中低温环境下的发射率测量,不能忽略环境辐射因素的影响。实验测得的结果可作为采用红外设备进行测温时的发射率参数设置值,也可用作数据分析时温度校正的参考依据。
Radiation temperature measurement technology is widely applied in the power supply safety inspection and monitoring system of high speed railways to inspect and monitor the abnormal temperature rise in the main conducting loop of overhead contact line system.However,due to the influence of material emissivity,a gap exists between the results of radiation temperature measurement and the true temperature.In order to study the thermal radiation characteristics of main conducting loop components in overhead contact line system,two methods are used to measure the emissivity of three typical materials.The experimental results show that the three kinds of materials are quite different in emissivity,and presents different characteristics with the increase of temperature;meanwhile,the influence of environmental radiation factors cannot be ignored when emissivity is measured in medium-and low-temperature environment.The experimental results can be used as the set value of emissivity parameter when infrared equipment is used to measure temperature,or used as a reference for temperature correction in data analysis.
