大跨度钢桁梁柔性拱桥明桥面无缝线路计算分析 被引量:6

摘要 以某在建大跨度钢桁梁柔性拱桥为研究对象,运用梁轨相互作用原理,采用有限元方法建立桥上无缝线路计算模型,提出4种扣件铺设方案并分析其梁轨相互作用。结果表明:(1)对于明桥面无缝线路,桥梁温度跨度和扣件纵向阻力是影响无缝线路纵向力的决定性因素,大跨度钢桁梁柔性拱桥的纵梁体系对无缝线路纵向力的影响有限。(2)若不设置钢轨伸缩调节器,无缝线路钢轨强度检算不能满足规范要求。(3)应根据桥梁梁端最大伸缩位移,选择相应的梁端伸缩装置和钢轨伸缩调节器。 With the large-span flexible arch bridge with steel truss girder under construction as the background,the beam-rail interaction force of four fastening laying schemes was analyzed,by applying the beam-rail interaction principle and finite element analysis approach,and building the calculation model of continuously welded rail(CWR)on the bridge.The analysis results show that for CWR of open deck,the temperature span of the bridge and the longitudinal resistance of fastenings are the decisive factors affecting the longitudinal force of CWR,while the stringer system of the large-span flexible arch bridge with steel truss girder brings a limited influence on the longitudinal force of CWR.In the case of no expansion joint,the calculated strength of CWR on the bridge is not in compliance with the specifications.When expansion joints are set,the corresponding beam-end expansion device and rail expansion joint shall be selected according to the maximum possible expansion displacement at the beam end of the bridge.
