摘要
针对60N廓形钢轨在高速铁路的适应性问题,对铺设60N廓形钢轨的高速铁路线路开展长期跟踪测试,分析60N廓形钢轨服役性能及养护维修情况;利用仿真手段,采用基于层次分析法的轮轨型面匹配综合评价方法,评价铺设60N廓形钢轨线路的标准及实测轮轨型面匹配状态。结果表明:铺设60N廓形钢轨的高速铁路钢轨服役状态良好,钢轨磨耗较小,加工硬化轻微,未出现接触疲劳伤损;1个车轮镟修周期内,兰新、西成及宝兰客专等高速铁路轮轨型面匹配状态均为优秀,且不同阶段轮轨匹配指数波动较小;综合钢轨服役性能、轮轨型面匹配状态、钢轨维修养护经济性及推广应用情况等几方面,可知60N廓形钢轨在高速铁路具备良好的适应性。
With regard to the adaptability of 60 N profile rail in high speed railway(HSR), the long-term tracking test is carried out to the HSR laid with 60 N profile rail, and the service performance and maintenance of 60 N profile rail are analyzed;in addition, simulation technology and comprehensive evaluation method on wheel-rail profile matching based on analytic hierarchy process are adopted to evaluate the standard and wheel-rail profile matching state of 60 N profile rail line. The results show that: 60 N profile rail is in good service condition with less wear, slight work hardening and no contact fatigue damage;within one reprofiling cycle of wheel, the wheel-rail profile matching states of HSRs such as Lanzhou-Urumqi, Xi’an-Chengdu and Baoji-Lanzhou Passenger Dedicated Lines are excellent, and the wheel-rail matching indexes fluctuate little at different stages;according to the service performance of rail, the evaluation results of wheel-rail profile matching, the economical efficiency of maintenance, and the popularization and application, it can be concluded that the 60 N profile rail has good adaptability in HSR.
