通过发芽特性和果实品质鉴定番茄耐旱性的研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟干旱胁迫方法,对3个番茄品种(纳宝早圣、精品硬粉风暴和菲腾一号)的耐旱性进行了鉴定,并对其成熟期的果实品质进行了分析。结果表明:PEG浓度越高,对番茄种子萌发的抑制作用越大;在12.5%PEG-6000胁迫下,精品硬粉风暴的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数和胚根长均显著高于其他两个品种的;精品硬粉风暴的果实糖酸比、可溶性固形物含量显著高于其他两个品种的,且其番茄红素含量适中。综上所述,精品硬粉风暴的抗旱性最强,果实品质优,适合进行旱作栽培。 ‘Nabaozaosheng’, ‘Jingpinyingfenfengbao’ and ‘Feiteng No. 1’ tomatoes were used as the experimental materials. The drought resistance of the tomato varieties was identified by means of PEG-6000 simulated drought stress, and the fruit quality of the tomato varieties at mature stage was analyzed. The results showed that the higher the PEG concentration was, the greater the degree of stress on seed germination was. The germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index and radicle length of ‘Jingpinyingfenfengbao’ were significantly higher than those of the other two varieties at the concentration of 12.5% PEG-6000. Sugar-acid ratio and soluble solid content were significantly higher than that of the other two cultivars, and the content of lycopene was moderate. Therefore, ‘Jingpinyingfenfengbao’ had strong drought resistance and excellent quality, which was suitable for dry cultivation in Shanxi.
