摘要
飞机结冰严重危害飞行安全,电加热是容易控制、低能耗的飞机防除冰技术,由于飞机上电能受限,高效的控制律电加热设计和验证是飞机防除冰设计的关键。为满足大型结冰风洞电加热试验要求,研制了工程实用的基于状态机的控制律电加热防除冰控制系统,完成了控制律电加热防除冰系统的硬件和控制软件开发,实现了多个电加热回路电流按照控制律要求同步接通断开。利用结冰风洞试验对不同控制律电加热防除冰的有效性进行了验证,电加热防除冰控制律设计达到了技术要求。系统已经应用到结冰风洞试验中,是电加热防除冰试验的重要设备。
Aircraft icing seriously endangers flight safety.Electrical heating is an easy to control and low energy comsumption aircraft anti-icing/deicing technology.Due to the limitation of electric energy on the aircraft,the design and verification of efficient control law electrical heating is the key to the aircraf anti-icing/deicing design.In order to meet the requirements of electrical heating test in large-scale icing wind tunnel,an engineering practical control law electrical heating anti-icing/deicing control system based on state machine was developed,including hardware and control software.The currents of multiple electrical heating circuits were be turned-on/turned-off synchronously according to the requirments of the control law.The effectiveness of different control laws for electricd heating anti-icing/deicing is verified by icing wind tunnel tests,and the design of control law of electrical heating anti-icing/deicing meets the technical requirments.The system has been applied to the icing wind tunnel test.It is an important equipment for the electrical heating anti-icing/deicing test.
