Several Basic Issues on the Construction of Chinese Economics

中国经济学作为一种以一定国家为研究典型、但又超越国别的经济理论体系,既要体现人类经济社会发展的一般性规律,又要反映中国经济发展的特殊性规律。从人类经济社会发展的基本矛盾出发,在深刻分析这一矛盾的现实表现、运动主线、覆盖范围的基础上,在充分考虑特定时空中矛盾特殊性的前提下,提出中国经济学应以特定时空中人口、资源、产业、环境、制度要素之间的相互关系为研究对象,以新中国经济发展中公平与效率的协调关系为研究主线,按照特定时空背景中、一定制度框架下“微观—中观—宏观—全球观”的研究范式,以辩证唯物主义与历史唯物主义为根本方法展开研究。

China's economics,as a kind of economic theoretical system which takes a certain country as a typical but surpasses national system,should not only reflect the general law of human social development,but also reflect the special law of China's economic development.Starting from the basic contradiction of human economic and social development,on the basis of a profound analysis of its realistic performance,main line of movement and coverage,and on the premise of considering the particularity of this contradiction under the specific time and space background,this paper proposes that China's economics should take the relationship among population,resources,industry,environment and system elements as the research object,take the harmonious relationship between fairness and efficiency in China's economic development as the main line,take"micro-meso-macro-global"research paradigm under a certain institutional framework in the context of specific time and space,and adhere to the fundamental methods of dialectical materialism and historical materialism.
