高应力巷道破碎围岩控制技术应用分析 被引量:6

摘要 在万安煤矿1102回风顺槽掘进期间,过F3断层以及X2陷落柱应力区时,巷道顶板出现跨距、破碎、离层以及陷落柱侧巷帮出现局部垮落现象,合理分析了巷道围岩破碎机理,并根据实际生产情况,对巷道顶板采取了“深孔注浆加固+桁架锚索支护+架设梯形双梁钢棚”联合支护措施;对陷落柱侧巷帮采取“T型钢棚+柔模浇筑”联合支护技术;通过实际应用效果来看,顶板采取联合加强支护措施后,顶板下沉量由原来的0.44 m降低为0.15 m,顶板往上4.5 m范围内离层现象得到有效控制;巷帮加强支护后,两帮移近量由原来的0.76 m降低为0.32 m,有效保证了多重应力区巷道安全快速掘进。 The phenomenon of span,breakage and separation of roadway roof and local collapse of roadway side of collapse column when passing through F3 fault and X2 collapse column stress area during 1102 return air tunnel driving in Wan'an Coal Mine,the mechanism of roadway surrounding rock breakage is analyzed reasonably.According to the actual production situation,"truss anchor support+deep hole grouting reinforcement+trapezoidal double beam steel shed"is adopted for roadway roof Combined support measures;combined support technology of"T-shaped steel shed+arching support"is adopted for the side wall of the subsided column;according to the actual application effect,the roof adopts combined strengthening support measures.The roof subsidence is reduced from 0.44 m to 0.15 m,and the separation of the roof is effectively controlled within 4.5 m.After strengthening the support of the roadway side,the approach of the two sides is reduced from 0.76 mto 0.32 m,which effectively ensures the safe and rapid excavation of the roadway in the multi stress area.
