摘要
巷道是在地表与矿体之间钻凿出的各种通路,用来运矿、通风、排水、行人以及为设备采出矿石而开凿的各种必要准备工程。当围岩破碎时,一般在巷道开挖后进行相应的支护,以确保安全。霍邱某铁矿分南北2个采区,在生产揭露中发现,南区围岩较破碎,岩体完整性较差,采掘过程中极易发生围岩和顶板垮落现象。矿山通过缩小断面巷道、加大支护密度等方式,未能取得理想效果。针对以上问题,采用现场调研、理论分析、软件模拟等方法,对原支护设计参数进行了优化设计,将原设计的顶部锚杆长度增加到4 m,锚杆间排距保持600 mm×600 mm不变,在确保喷混凝土质量满足要求的前提下,模拟结果满足支护要求。经施工进一步验证,采用优化设计支护参数进行支护的巷道稳定性较好,可满足安全使用要求。
Roadway refers to all kinds of channels drilled between surface and ore body,which are used for transportation,ventilation,drainage,pedestrians and other necessary preparatory works to extract ore.When surrounding rock is relatively broken,the corresponding support is generally required after excavation to ensure safety.A certain iron mine in Huoqiu has two mining areas in north and south.The surrounding rock in south is relatively broken and the integrity of the rock mass is poor,so the surrounding rock and roof collapse are very easy to occur in the mining process.Through reducing the cross-section roadway and increasing the support density,the mine fails to achieve the desired results.Aiming at above problems,this paper adopts the methods of field investigation,theoretical analysis and software simulation to optimize the design parameters of the original support,increasing the length of the original designed top-bolt to 4 m,keep spacing at 600 mm×600 mm,and ensure the quality of shotcrete meets the requirements.Finally,it is verified by construction and the stability of roadway supported by optimized design support parameters is good,which can meet the requirements of safe use.
