多分段一次拉槽爆破技术在分段空场嗣后充填采矿法中的应用

摘要 针对付老庄铁矿Ⅱ#矿体倾角陡、厚度薄的特点,采用分段空场嗣后充填采矿法进行回采,回采过程中,为减小采切工程量,降低生产成本,加快回采进度,提高施工生产安全系数及经济效益,各分段采场切割槽使用一次拉槽爆破技术。该技术在付老庄铁矿的成功应用,加快了回采进度,增加了生产规模,提高了生产效率,降低了综合成本,值得推广应用。 Aiming at the characteristics of steep dip and thin thickness of theⅡ#ore body of Fulaozhuang Iron Mine,the segmented empty field subsequent filling mining method is adopted for mining.During the mining process,in order to reduce the amount of mining and cutting engineering,reduce production costs,speed up the mining progress,and improve the safety factor and economic benefits of construction and production,the cutting groove of each section of the stope uses one-time blasting technology.The successful application of this technology in Fulaozhuang Iron Mine has accelerated the mining progress,increased the scale of production,improved production efficiency,and reduced overall costs.It is worthy of popularization and application.
