摘要
一次性深孔爆破槽区与切割井是解决切割井掘进的困难、加快切割天井施工和深孔槽区施工以及降低施工成本的有效方法。利用多孔球状药包分层分阶段爆破深孔槽区和切割井,阐述深孔爆破施工切割天井与深孔槽区过程中的技术难点,并提出相应的解决措施及办法。研究认为深孔爆破切割天井和深孔槽区的阶段高度,成井大小、孔位布置、装药量、雷管布设以及爆破参数的确定都会影响切割井成井的效果,以某地下矿山背景,介绍深孔一次爆破15 m切割天井与30 m深孔槽区为工程实例。
One-time deep hole blasting slot area and cutting well are effective methods to solve the difficulty of cutting well excavation,speed up the construction of the cut patio and deep hole slot area,and reduce the construction cost.Porous spherical charge to blast the deep hole groove area and the cutting well in stages are exploited,the technical difficulties in the process of cutting the patio and deep hole groove area in the deep hole blasting construction are expound,and the corresponding solutions and methods are proposed.The research believes that the stage height of the deep hole blasting cutting patio and deep hole slot area,the size of the well,the layout of the hole,the charge,the detonator layout and the determination of the blasting parameters will all affect the effect of the cutting well.One-time deep hole blasting 15 m cut patio and 30 m deep hole slot area are engineering examples.
