摘要
为解决罗河磁铁精矿含硫高的问题,进行了不同方案地提铁降硫对比试验研究。通过反浮选脱硫工艺,试验获得了全硫品位0.28%、有效硫品位0.09%的铁精矿;采用淘洗机开路流程,在不同条件下得到了全铁品位67.76%~68.91%、全硫品位0.157%~0.215%,产率81.86%~89.84%,铁回收率87.25%~94.03%的选别指标。综合比较试验结果,现场采用淘洗机进行提铁降硫,铁精矿品位可由65.07%提高至68.00%,含硫可由0.50%降至约0.28%,作业产率91.35%,淘洗机提铁降硫效果明显。
A series of research of Luohe mine on high-efficiency iron improvement and sulfur reduction of high sulfur magnetite via reverse flotation process for desulfurization was carried out.The iron concentrate with a total sulphur grade of 0.28%and an effective sulfur grade of 0.09%was obtained.Using elutriation magnetic separator in the open-circuit test,the products with TFe 67.76%~68.91%and TS 0.157%~0.215%,the concentrate yield 81.86%~89.84%,and the recovery rate of 87.25%~94.03%were obtained under different conditions.Comprehensive comparison of the test results,the elutriation magnetic separator is adopted for raising the iron and reducing the sulfur.Using the elutriation magnetic separator in factory production,the grade of iron concentrate could be increased from 65.07%to 68.00%and the sulfur content reduced from 0.50%to about 0.28%with the operation yield of 91.35%.The effect of iron improvement and sulfur reduction by using the elutriation magnetic separator is obvious.
