研山露天铁矿牙轮钻机技经指标的研究与应用

面对严峻的生产形势,露天矿山的生产组织面临艰难的挑战,穿孔工作作为露天开采的首道工序,提升钻机的穿孔效率成为提产的首要因素。通过采取行之有效地措施,以技经指标提升推动挖潜增效为主导思想,系统性地开展了指标影响因素分级管控,完善指标管控体系、管理制度和经济责任制,把提质增效,挖潜增效作为企业发展的核心任务。并通过开展一系列竞赛活动,掀起职工积极参与的主观能动性,切实推动了露采牙轮钻效率指标提升,为矿山生产经营创造了有利条件,达到了降本增效的目的。同时也为其他矿山挖潜增效提供了借鉴。

Faced with the severe production situation,the production organization of open-pit mines is facing difficult challenges.As the first process of open-pit mining,perforation is the primary factor in increasing the efficiency of drilling.By adopting effective measures,taking the improvement of technical and economic indicators to promote potential tapping and efficiency as the leading idea,systematically carried out the hierarchical management and control of indicator influencing factors,perfected the indicator control system,management system and economic responsibility system,and improved quality and efficiency.Exploiting potential and increasing efficiency is the core task of enterprise development.And through a series of competition activities,the subjective initiative of employees to actively participate has been set off,which has effectively promoted the improvement of the efficiency index of drilling,created favorable conditions for mine production and operation,and achieved the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.At the same time,it also provides a reference for other mines to tap the potential and increase efficiency.
