S150型矿用综掘机液压系统优化设计

摘要 针对矿用S150型综掘机输出排量不能调节,导致无法根据现场具体情况进行调速的问题,对其液压系统进行优化设计。通过对综掘机2台一运马达和左、右星轮马达由原来的并联方式改为串联方式,马达流量提高为原来的2倍,则转速也提高2倍,加快了装载出货速度,大大提高了生产效率。 For the problem that the output displacement of S150 mining machine can not be adjusted,which leads to the problem that the speed can not be adjusted according to the specific situation on site,the hydraulic system is optimized.By changing the original parallel connection mode of left and right star wheel motors and two first transport motors of fully mechanized excavators into series connection mode,the motor flow rate is increased by twice as much as the original,and the speed is also increased by two times,thus speeding up the loading and delivery speed and greatly improving the production efficiency.
