粤港澳大湾区背景下广州南沙自贸区的发展机遇与挑战

在自贸区、粤港澳大湾区"双区"建设背景之下,南沙作为广州唯一的出海口与粤港澳大湾区地理几何中心,正面临着都市圈建设与广州滨海新城建设的城市格局发展机遇。南沙发展已有许多经济成果,近年加速开发建设,广东省政府与广州市不断增加南沙市政建设投入,在招商引资及人才吸引方面出台各类政策,塑造高度开放的经济发展环境。但同时,南沙发展也面临着不少挑战。

Under the background of construction of the Free Trade Zone and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Nansha,as Guangzhou’s only outlet to the sea and the geographic and geometric center of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,is facing the urban pattern of urban circle construction and Guangzhou coastal area construction development opportunities.Nansha has developed many economic achievements.In recent years,the development and construction have been accelerated.The Guangdong Provincial Government and Guangzhou have continuously increased investment in Nansha’s municipal construction,and introduced various policies in attracting investment and talents to create a highly open economic development environment.But at the same time,the development of Nansha also faces many challenges.
