粤港澳大湾区产业协同发展路向研究——以中医药产业为例

Study on the Industrial Cooperation Road Direction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area——Taking the Chinese Medicine Industry as an Example

粤港澳合作历经"经济特区""珠三角""大珠三角""环珠三角"到今天的"粤港澳大湾区",合作模式由"带动""互动"逐步向"融合"或"一体化"转变。但粤港澳合作尚存"地方利益主义""地方保护主义",各级政府对区域内经济融合所产生的各类问题反应缓慢、敏感度不足,忠诚合作还有待建立。产业协同发展是城市共赢发展的先决条件,文章以中医药产业为例,在产业协调、产业分工、产业合作等方面探寻建立大湾区中医药产业共同市场的路径,为分析粤港澳大湾区产业协同发展路向提供参考。

The cooperation between Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao has gone through the"Special Economic Zone",the"Pearl River Delta",the"Great Pearl River Delta"and the"Loop Pearl River Delta"to today’s"Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area".The cooperation mode has gradually shifted from"driven"and"interactive"to"integration"or"integration"transformation.However,the cooperation between Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao still has"local interest"and"local protectionism".Governments at all levels have slow response and insufficient sensitivity to various problems arising from economic integration in the region.Loyal cooperation has yet to be established.The development of industrial cooperation is a prerequisite for the win-win development of the city.Taking the Chinese medicine industry as an example,the article explores the establishment of the common market path of the traditional Chinese medicine industry in this District in terms of industrial coordination,industrial division of labor and industrial cooperation to analyze Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao.The direction of industrial cooperation development in the district is for reference.
