国内国际双循环(简称"双循环")是当前备受瞩目的热词。但是以哪一种循环为主体,在经济布局中担任怎样的角色,则要以国家的发展阶段、外部环境、内部需求以及阶段性的目标来决定。在双循环中,以国内大循环为主的经济布局,在本质上依然是开放的,它与国际大循环是相互促进、相互配合的。也是未来东部与中西部地区加速产业转型升级,互相带动与互补的良好契机。
