基于京张高速铁路相关智能技术设备应用的技术规章制修订研究

Research on Technical Regulations Formulation and Revision based on the Application of Intelligent Technology Equipment Related to Beijing-Zhangjialou High-speed Railway

为适应京张高速铁路相关智能技术设备的运用管理需求,需要及时开展与之配套的技术规章制度制修订研究。通过调研相关智能技术设备在国内运用情况及其配套技术规章的适应性,分析京张高速铁路已投入使用的智能技术设备对行车组织、客运服务、设备运用维护的影响,提出相关技术规章在自动驾驶、站台门、智能客站旅客服务与生产管控平台、智能牵引变电所、简统化接触网5个方面的制修订建议。

In order to meet the needs of the operation management of intelligent technology equipment related to Bei⁃jing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway,the corresponding technical rules and regulations need to be revised corre⁃spondingly.By researching the application of relevant intelligent technical equipment in China and the adaptability of its supporting technical regulations,this paper analyzes the impact of train operation organization,passenger service,equipment operation and maintenance that is in use.It raises suggestions for regulation formulation&revision from five aspects,which including the application of relevant technical regulations in automatic driving,platform door,in⁃telligent passenger station service,production management platform,intelligent traction substation,as well as simpli⁃fied catenary.
