摘要 为提高客车接线端子压接质量,杜绝压接不良安全隐患,从既有生产过程的人员资质、作业文件、压接材料、压接工具及压接模具、作业环境和质量保障等6个方面,调查现状,分析造成客车电力干线接线端子压接不良的原因,提出优化工艺流程,改善作业环境,增加压接工具、电力干线标识,完善检验方法,优化作业文件等5条针对性改进措施,以保障压接过程的可靠性,提升压接质量。 To improve the passenger car terminal crimping quality,put an end to bad security hidden danger of crimping.It analyzes and investigates the cause of bad crimping from electric main power line,which includes person⁃nel qualifications of production process,working documents,crimping materials,crimping tool,abrasive tool and etc.six aspects.It raises five targeting improvement measures,which include process optimization,working environment improvements,increasing the logo of crimping tool and electric power line,testing method improvements,optimizing operation documents,and etc.It ensures the reliability of crimping process as well as its quality.
