Cause Analysis and Preventive Measures for Automatic Separation of 13 Series Coupler of Freight Cars

随着铁路货车提速和重载运输的快速发展,货车车钩分离事故呈多发态势。为更好地防范车钩自动分离,从车钩防跳性能、钩腔内部零部件配合关系、提钩链等方面,分析导致车钩分离的原因。为确保13系列车钩检修质量,避免车钩防跳性能失效,提出防范措施和建议。

As the development of railway freight cars in terms of increasing speed and heavy load,coupler separation accidents appear to occur more.In order to reduce the accidents,reasons of causing those are analyzed.It is found that anti-bounce performance of couplers,matching relationship of fittings inside coupler and hook lifting of coupler may cause unlocking.To ensure the maintenance quality of 13 series coupler and avoid the failure of anti-bounce of coupler,preventive measures and suggestions are raised.
