摘要
依据352名运动员的问卷调查资料,采用因子分析法及非参数检验法,构建了我国运动员薪酬满意度维度结构,分析了运动员薪酬的权变影响因素,进而研究不同权变因素对我国运动员薪酬满意度的影响。研究表明,我国运动员薪酬满意度可由货币薪酬、薪酬制度、薪酬公平性、外部环境4个维度进行评价。性别、年龄、级别、组别、工龄及区域等变量影响运动员薪酬满意度,并在运动员薪酬满意度各维度结构上存在差异性。
Based on the questionnaire survey data of 352 athletes,using factor analysis method and Nonparametric test method,this paper constructs the dimension structure of Chinese athletes'salary satisfaction,and studies the influence of different contingency factors on the satisfaction degree of athletes'salary.The results show that the salary satisfaction of Chinese athletes consists of monetary salary,salary system,salary equity,work value and external environment.Gender,age,grade,group,length of service and region and other variables affect athletes'salary satisfaction,and there are differences in each dimension structure of athletes'salary satisfaction.
