摘要 针对表面大量腐蚀、损伤,原始生产数据丢失的射钉枪,应用Geomagic DesignX软件,基于逆向设计技术进行了修复与改良。介绍了修复与改良的基本思路,构建了射钉枪的数字模型,对修复与改良中的创新点进行了分析,并进行了效果验证,确认射钉枪修复与改良后结构合理,外形美观,使用方便。 For the nail gun with a large amount of corrosion and damage on the surface,as well as the missing original production data,the Geomagic DesignX software was used to carry out repair and improvement based on the reverse design technology.The basic ideas of repair and improvement were introduced,the digital model of the nail gun was constructed,the innovation points in the repair and improvement were analyzed,and the effect was verified,and the repair and improvement of the nail gun were confirmed to be reasonable in structure,esthetic in appearance and convenient in use.
