摘要
同规格的复合钢板压力容器与不锈钢压力容器相比,具有价格便宜、适用性强等优点,广泛应用于石油化工、航空航天、食品加工等领域。对复合钢板压力容器的制造方法进行了研究,从筒体卷制过程控制、错变量控制、开孔精确度控制等方面分析了制造难点,给出了钢板复合前的准备工作,介绍了下料尺寸计算方法,并论述了筒体组对控制、焊接、焊缝检测等制造工序。
Compared with the stainless steel pressure vessel,the composite steel plate pressure vessel of the same specification has the advantages of low price and strong applicability.It is widely used in petrochemical industry,aerospace,food processing and other fields.The manufacturing method of composite steel plate pressure vessel was investigated.The manufacturing difficulties were analyzed from the aspects of control of cylinder rolling process,control of error variance,control of hole accuracy,etc.,and the preparation work before steel plate laminating was given.The calculation method of blanking size was introduced,and the manufacturing processes such as cylinder pairing control,welding,and weld seam detection were discussed.
