In the historical process of leading Chinese revolution and construction,Mao Zedong made innovative explorations,scientific conclusions and theoretical summary of the leading methods from three main dimensions,i.e. strategic leading methods,ideological leading methods,and basic working methods,which are necessary for leading cadres.Thus,a unique theoretical system of leading methods has been formed. It has important theoretical enlightenment and practical value for all Party members,especially leading cadres to review Mao Zedong’s important works on leading methods and systematically sort out his ideological theories on leading methods and the art of leadership. From the perspective of the theoretical system,Mao Zedong ’ s thoughts on leading methods mainly include strategic dimensions,ideological dimensions,and work dimensions.
