摘要
和谐劳动关系是和谐社会的应有之义,是国家良政的基础和社会善治的目标。我国和谐劳动关系的实现有着中国特色社会主义的制度供给,较西方国家更具有达致和谐的制度优势。社会主义基本经济制度为和谐劳动关系奠定了所有制、分配制和体制上的基础,协商民主制为和谐劳动关系提供了理念指引和治理方略,传统文化则为新时代劳动伦理的建构注入了和合的基因。我国劳动关系治理上的制度优势最终通过具有中国特色的劳动关系调适机制实现向治理效能的转化。
Harmonious labor relations are the inherent meaning of a harmonious society. The harmony of labor relations is regarded as the basis of good government and the goal of good social governance. The socialism with Chinese characteristics supplies the institutional advantage that no Occident can provide. The basic socialist economic system lays the foundation of ownership,distribution and mechanism of harmonious labor relations. The consultative democracy system provides the management theory and strategy for harmonious labor relations. The traditional culture injects the gene of harmony into the construction of new era labor ethics. The institutional advantages of China’s labor relationship governance are finally transformed into governance effectiveness through the adjustment mechanism of labor relationship with Chinese characteristics.
