蒙药材并头黄芩生药鉴别研究

目的:为蒙药材并头黄芩的性状及显微鉴别、薄层鉴别提供相关依据。方法:对不同产地蒙药材并头黄芩进行性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别。结果:建立并头黄芩的性状、粉末的显微特征;薄层鉴别中,薄层图谱清晰,与相邻斑点分离较好,阴性对照无干扰所建立的方法简便、可靠、重复性好、专属性强。结论:建立的蒙药材并头黄芩性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别,能够有效地评价和控制药材的内在质量和药品质量。

Objective To provide the basis for the identification of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.Methods The character identification,microscopic identification and TLC identification of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were carried out.Results The character of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and the microscopic characteristics of its powder were established.In TLC identification,the thin layer atlas was clear,and it was well separated from the adjacent spots.The negative control had no interference.Conclusion The method of character identification,microscopic identification and TLC identification was simple,reliable,reproducible and specific,which could be used as the quality control method of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.
