摘要
某公司甲醇合成装置低负荷(约40%)运行时,甲醇合成塔入塔气CO 2体积分数非常低,CO单程转化率急剧下降,不能满足生产需求,粗甲醇中杂质含量大幅增加,合成反应工况恶化。本文就该公司甲醇合成装置低负荷运行入塔气组分的控制进行讨论。
The insufficient of CO2 in the methyl alcohol synthetic reactor make the conversion rate of CO decreases sharply per pass when the methanol synthesis unit of operates at low load(about 40%),unable to meet the production demand.The content of impurities in semifinished methanol increased greatly,and the synthetic reaction condition deteriorated.This article mainly talks about the control of gas composition in methanol synthesis unit under low load operation.
