利用气相色谱串联质谱技术测定泥页岩中菲、萘及其甲基化产物的方法研究

摘要 利用气相色谱串联质谱技术(GC-MS/MS)对菲、萘及其甲基化产物进行了分离和测定。建立了利用GC-MS/MS检测泥页岩中菲、萘及其甲基化产物的分析方法。结果表明方法在各化合物0.5—200 ng/mL范围内相关性较好,相关系数均达到0.995及以上,检出限分别为萘0.13 ng/mL、2-甲基萘0.10 ng/mL、1-甲基萘0.11 ng/mL、菲0.06 ng/mL、3-甲基菲0.03 ng/mL、2-甲基菲0.09 ng/mL、9-甲基菲0.04 ng/mL、1-甲基菲0.06 ng/mL。实际样品分析测试结果的相对标准偏差低于10%,说明该方法适用于泥页岩中菲、萘及其甲基化产物的痕量分析。 Gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)was used to separate and determine phenanthrene,naphthalene and their methylated products.An analytical method for the detection of phenanthrene,naphthalene and their methylation products in shale by GC-MS/MS was established.The results show that the method has good correlation in the range of 0.5~200 ng/mL for each compound,the correlation coefficients are all above 0.995,and the detection limits are 0.13 ng/mL for naphthalene,0.10 ng/mL for 2-methylnaphthalene,1-methylnaphthalene 0.11 ng/mL,phenanthrene 0.06 ng/mL,3-methylphenanthrene 0.03 ng/mL,2-methylphenanthrene 0.09 ng/mL,9-methylphenanthrene 0.04 ng/mL,1-methylphenanthrene 0.06 ng/mL.The relative standard deviation of the actual sample analysis test results is less than 10%,indicating that this method is suitable for trace analysis of phenanthrene,naphthalene and their methylation products in shale.
