摘要
主要研究了中原油田分公司采油三厂天然气脱硫治理的技术应用。采油三厂各联合站运行时间较长,老化严重,同时原料气中含有的H 2 S酸性气体进一步加剧了集输管线腐蚀,甚至出现穿孔、泄漏现象。针对以上问题,结合各联合站的天然气组分、物性参数及生产能力,合理制定了工艺改造措施。项目实施后,通过在三个联合站增设干法脱硫(氧化铁脱硫)装置,天然气中硫化氢含量降低至10ppm以下,完全满足外输操作要求。从源头上解决了天然气集输管线硫化氢腐蚀的问题,排除了三厂天然气集输系统存在的安全隐患,提高了集输系统效率。
This paper mainly studies the technical application of natural gas desulfurization treatment in the third oil production plant of Zhongyuan Oilfield Branch.The combined stations of the third oil production plant have been running for a long time and are seriously aging.Simultaneously,the H 2 S acid gas contained in the natural gas further aggravates the corrosion of the gathering and transportation pipelines,and even perforation and leakage.In response to the above problems,considering the natural gas composition,physical parameters and production capacity of each combined station,a reasonable process modification measure have been proposed.After the implementation of the project,by adding dry desulfurization(iron oxide desulfurization)devices at the three joint stations,the hydrogen sulfide content in natural gas was reduced to less than 10 ppm,which fully met the requirements of the export operation.The problem of hydrogen sulfide corrosion in the natural gas gathering and transportation pipeline was solved from the source,which eliminated the hidden danger of natural gas gathering and transportation system in the third plant,and improved the efficiency of gathering and transportation system.
