摘要
为满足循环冷却水排放新要求,对一体化快速沉淀除磷、除磷剂预反应+混凝沉淀分离法两种不同的化学除磷法进行对比研究,通过对这两种化学除磷法的现场实验,比对了除磷效果、氨氮以及悬浮物等指标分析,确定了高密度沉淀池+V型滤池工艺,并进行了现场应用,排放水总磷满足新要求,其余指标达到国标要求,取得了良好的效果,在天然气净化循环水排污除磷领域展现出良好的应用前景。
In order to meet the new requirements of circulating cooling water discharge,two different chemical phosphorus removal methods were compared.Through the field experiment of two chemical phosphorus removal methods,the phosphorus removal effect was compared,and the indicators of ammonia nitrogen and suspended solids were analyzed.The technology of high-density sedimentation tank+V-type filter was determined,and the field application was carried out.The total phosphorus of discharged water met the new requirements,and the other indicators met the requirements of the national standard It has achieved good results and showed a good application prospect in the field of natural gas purification and circulating water pollution and phosphorus removal.
