牙周干预治疗对冠心病伴牙周病患者血清中炎症因子的影响
摘要
冠心病(CHD)是导致人类死亡的重大疾病之一,在动脉粥样硬化形成过程中感染与炎症起到了重要作用。牙周炎是一种常见的慢性感染性口腔疾病。有研究表明[1],慢性牙周病患者冠心病的发病风险约为牙周健康者的1.2倍。基于此,本文探讨慢性牙周病与冠心病之间的关系及牙周干预治疗对冠心病病变发展的影响及作用机制,报告如下。
