梁繁荣教授通督醒脑针法结合火龙灸治疗梅尼埃综合征1例

A Case of Acute Episode of Meniere Syndrome Treated by Professor LIANG Fanrong with Tongdu Xingnao Acupuncture Combined with Fire Dragon Moxibustion

梅尼埃综合征是由已知原因引起的膜迷路积水产生的前庭症状疾患,属中医“眩晕”范畴。目前,临床医学并未有较好的治疗方案,仅以对症治疗为主,疗效不显。本文报道了梁繁荣教授采用通督醒脑针法结合火龙灸治疗梅尼埃综合征(气血虚衰型)急性发作1例。梁繁荣教授以针刺直接作用于膜迷路以较快消除水肿、速祛外邪,火龙灸急固气血、阻断气血继续消耗,效果显著,为临床治疗梅尼埃综合征提供新方法,也为临床治疗急性本虚标实之证提供新思路。

Meniere syndrome is a kind of vestibular disease caused by hydrocephalus of membranous labyrinth. It belongs to "vertigo" in traditional Chinese medicine. At present, clinical medicine does not have a better treatment program, only symptomatically therapy, but the effect is not obvious. This paper reports a case of acute episode of meniere syndrome(Qi and blood deficiency type) treated by Professor LIANG Fanrong with Tongdu Xingnao acupuncture combined with fire dragon moxibustion. Professor LIANG has used acupuncture to directly act on the membranous labyrinth to quickly eliminate edema to expelling pathogenic Qi. And fire dragon moxibustion has been used to block Qi and blood dissipation. This method has remarkable effects, which has provided a new way for clinical treatment of meniers syndrome, and it also a new idea for clinical treatment of acute syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.
