自拟桂枝葛根方联合对乙酰氨基酚混悬液治疗风寒束表型小儿外感发热临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Using Self-made Guizhi Gegen Recipe Combined with Paracetamol Suspension in Treating Ex-ogenous Fever in Cchildren with Wind-cold Fettering the Exterior

目的:研究自拟桂枝葛根方联合对乙酰氨基酚混悬液治疗风寒束表型小儿外感发热的临床疗效。方法:将84例风寒束表型外感发热患儿随机均分为研究组(拟桂枝葛根方联合对乙酰氨基酚混悬液治疗)和对照组(乙酰氨基酚混悬液治疗)。比较两组疗效,比较两组治疗前及治疗3d后中医症候积分、炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)],比较两组患者退热效果,统计两组用药期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗3d后,研究组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3d后,两组患者发热、鼻塞、流涕、咳嗽、喷嚏、咳痰症候积分,TNF-α,IFN-γ水平均较治疗前显著下降,研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组退热起效时间、退热完全时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟桂枝葛根方联合对乙酰氨基酚混悬液治疗风寒束表型小儿外感发热效果显著,能够有效改善临床症状、降低机体炎症水平。

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of using Self-made Guizhi Gegen Recipe combined with Paracetamol Suspension in the treatment of exogenous fever in children withwind-cold fettering the exterior. Methods: Eighty-four children with exogenous fever with wind-cold fettering the exteriorwere randomly and evenly divided into study group(to be treated with Self-made Guizhi Gegen Recipe combined with Paracetamol Suspension) and controlled group(to be treated with Paracetamol Suspension). The efficacy of the two groups was compared, and the TCM symptoms scores and inflammatory factors [tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)] were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 3 days of treatment, and the antipyretic effects were compared between the two groups. The occurrence of adverse reactions during medication were counted in the two groups. Results: After 3 days of treatment, the effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05). After 3 days of treatment, the scores of symptoms of fever, nasal congestion, runny nose, cough, sneezing and expectoration and levels of TNF-α and IFN-γ in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, and the scores and levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05). The antipyretic onset time and complete antipyretic time in the study group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Self-made Guizhi Gegen Recipe combined with Paracetamol Suspension has significant effects in treating exogenous fever in children with wind-cold fettering the exterior, and it can effectively improve clinical symptoms and reduce body inflammation level.
