中药包穴位热敷辅助治疗成人慢性咳嗽风寒袭肺证疗效观察

Curative Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Package Acupoint Hot Compress for Assisted'Treating AdultChronic Cough with Wind-cold Attacking Lung Syndrome

目的:观察中药包穴位热敷辅助治疗成人慢性咳嗽风寒袭肺证的疗效。方法:选取2019年11月~2020年4月于我院收治的79例成人慢性咳嗽风寒袭肺证患者为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者39例,研究组患者40例。对照组患者予以西药治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上进行中药包穴位热敷。比较两组患者治疗后症状缓解时间(咳嗽缓解时间、咳痰缓解时间)、疗效差异,比较两组治疗前及治疗7d后中医证候积分、生活质量[咳嗽特异性生活质量问卷(CQLQ)]、免疫功能(血清免疫球蛋白IgG、T淋巴细胞亚群CD4^(+)差异。结果:治疗后,研究组患者咳嗽缓解时间、咳痰缓解时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P均<0.05);两组患者CQLQ得分均较治疗前下降,且研究组患者低于对照组(P均<0.05);研究组、对照组患者IgG、CD4+均较治疗前上升,且研究组高于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:中药包穴位热敷辅助治疗成人慢性咳嗽有利于患者症状缓解时间缩短、疗效提升,减轻患者中医症状,并改善患者生活质量及免疫功能。

Objective: To explore the efficacy of acupoint hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine package for assisted treating adult chronic cough with wind-cold attacking lung syndrome. Methods: A total of 79 adult patients with chronic cough with wind-cold attacking lung syndrome who were treated in our hospital from November 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into controlled group and study group according to the random number table method, with 39 cases in the controlled group and 40 cases in the study group. Patients in the controlled group were treated with western medicine, and patients in the study group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine package acupoint hot compresses on the basis of the controlled group. The symptom relief time(cough relief time, sputum relief time) and efficacy were compared between the two groups after treatment, and the TCM syndromes scores, quality of life [Cough-specific Quality of Life Questionnaire(CQLQ)] and immune function(serum immunoglobulin IgG,T lymphocyte subgroup CD4+) were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 7 days of treatment. Results: After treatment, the cough relief time and sputum relief time in the study group were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05). The TCM syndromes scores in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment, and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the controlled group(all P<0.05). The CQLQ scores in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment, and the score in the study group was lower than that in the controlled group(all P<0.05). The levels of IgG and CD4^(+) in the study group and the controlled group were increased compared with those before treatment, and the levels in the study group were higher than those in the controlled group at the same period(all P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine package for adult chronic cough is beneficial for shortening the symptom relief time, improving the efficacy, reducing the TCM symptoms and improving the quality of life and immune function of patients.
