中频电刺激联合中药塌渍治疗对糖尿病周围神经病变感觉功能的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Medium Frequency Electric Stimulation Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Collapse Treatment on Sensory Function for Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:观察中频电刺激联合中药塌渍治疗对糖尿病周围神经病变感觉功能的影响。方法:选择我院门诊及病房收治的120例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分为对照组及观察组各60例,对照组予常规西医治疗;观察组加用中频电刺激联合中药塌渍,系统比较两组患者临床疗效及神经功能。结果:①治疗后,两组患者中医症候积分较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),观察组中医症候积分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);②治疗后,两组患者正中神经、腓总神经MCV、SCV均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);③两治疗后,两组患者TCSS神经症状评分、神经反射评分及总分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);④观察组总有效率为88.33%,显著高于对照组总有效率68.33%(P<0.05)。结论:中频电刺激联合中药塌渍能够有效减轻DPN患者临床症状,提高临床疗效,在提升神经传导速度、改善神经功能方面效果明显,值得推广使用。

Objective:To explore the effect of medium frequency electrical stimulation combined with traditional Chinesemedicine collapse treatment on the sensory function for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:120 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to our outpatient department and ward from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into controlled group and observation group with 60 cases in each group.The controlled group was treated with conventional western medicine,the observation group was treated with medium frequency electric stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicinesloughing,and the clinical efficacy and neurological function of the two groups were systematically compared.Results:①Afertreatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the TCM symptom scores ofthe observation group were significantly better than the TCM symptom scores of the controlled group(P<0.05);②Afer treatment,the MCV and SCV of median nerve and common peroneal nerve of the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and those of the observation group were significantly better than the MCV and SCV of median nerve and common peroneal nerve ofthe controlled group(P<0.05);③After treatment,the neurological symptom score,neurological reflex score and total scorewere significantly lower in the observation group than in the controlled group(P<0.05);④The total effective rate in the observation group was 88.33%while the total effective rate in the controlled group was 68.33%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medium frequency electric stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine sloughing can effectivelyreduce the clinical symptoms of DPN patients,improve the clinical efficacy,improve the nerve conduction speed and improve thenerve function,which is worth popularizing.
