摘要
职业认同对于维持教师的工作动机和促进教师的专业发展具有重要作用。调查发现,贫困地区幼儿园教师的职业认同处于中等水平,并在年龄、教龄、学历、工资水平、择业动机、劳动关系、园所性质等方面存在显著差异,这表明教师的工作经验与专业经历、社会地位与工作待遇、身份属性及幼儿园的工作环境都对教师的职业认同有重要影响。为提升贫困地区幼儿园教师的职业认同水平,各级各部门要注意选拔和培养具有内部动机的幼儿园教师,不断改善贫困地区幼儿园教师的工作环境和工资待遇,持续促进幼儿园年轻教师职业胜任力的发展,增强其专业发展动力与自我发展能力。
Professional identity plays an important role in maintaining teachers’work motivation and promoting their professional development.The professional identity of kindergarten teachers in the poor areas was found at the middle level,and influenced by factors such as age,teaching years,education background,salary level,career choice motivation,labor relationship and the nature of kindergarten.To improve these teachers’professional identity,it needs to pay attention to teachers’selection and training,improve their working conditions and wages,and strengthen young teachers’professional competence specially.
