响应面优化微波辅助莪术总黄酮的提取工艺研究 被引量:13

摘要 以莪术为原材料,采用微波辅助提取莪术中总黄酮。通过单因素试验考察微波时间、微波功率、液料比和乙醇质量分数这四个因素对莪术总黄酮提取工艺的影响,并通过响应面设计优化莪术总黄酮的最佳提取条件,确定莪术总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。实验结果表明,微波辅助提取莪术总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:微波时间:5.8min、微波功率:300W、液料比:20.6∶1(mL/g)、乙醇质量分数:60%。在此实验条件下,莪术总黄酮的实际得率为22.403mg/g。 This paper reports the optimization of total flavonoids from Curcuma zedoaria using response surface methodology.On the basis of single factor experiment,the influence of four factors,i.e.ratio of material to liquid,extraction time,extraction power and volume fraction of ethanol,on the extraction process of total flavonoids of zedoary turmeric was investigated,and the optimal extraction conditions of total flavonoids of zedoary turmeric were determined by response surface design.The results showed that the optimum conditions of microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from curcuma zedoary were:microwave treatment time:5.8min,microwave power:300W,liquid material ratio:20.6∶1(mL/g),ethanol content:60%.Under these experimental conditions,the actual yield of total flavonoids of curcuma zedoary was 22.403mg/g.
