三维分级陶瓷催化滤管的性能与玻璃炉窑中试研究

摘要 为了进一步实现工业烟气污染物超低排放,分析了三维分级陶瓷催化滤管的特性、工艺流程以及玻璃炉窑中试平台工艺参数。结果表明:以三维分级陶瓷催化滤管为核心的烟气污染物脱除一体化技术具有工艺流程短、运行费用少、使用寿命长等特点;炉窑出口烟气SO 2<10 mg/m^3、颗粒物<3 mg/m^3,NO X<23 mg/m^3,为治理工业烟气的超低排放提供技术支撑。 In order to further achieve ultra-low emission of industrial flue gas pollutants,the characteristics of the 3D graded Catalytic Ceramic-fiber Filter,process flow and the key design parameters of the glass furnace pilot platform were analyzed.The results show that the integrated technology for flue gas pollutant removal with 3D graded Catalytic Ceramic-fiber Filter as the core had the characteristics of short process flow,low operating cost and long service life.The outlet emission concentrations of flue gas reached SO 2<10 mg/m^3,dust<3 mg/m^3 and NO X<23 mg/m^3.This study could provide technical support for the treatment of industrial flue gas to reach ultra-low emission.
