摘要
近年来圆偏振发光材料的设计与合成引起了人们越来越多的关注,这类材料在3D显示、生物探针、量子通讯、新型防伪等高新领域具有广泛的应用前景。基于过渡金属配合物的圆偏振磷光材料不仅可以同时利用单线态和三线态,使其制备器件的内量子效率理论上可达到100%;此外,由于重原子的引入,在旋轨耦合的作用下,会显著提高圆偏振发光的不对称因子,因而能够获得更高圆偏振光发光效率的器件。文章总结了近年来基于过渡金属配合物圆偏振磷光材料的研究进展,主要针对具有高发光效率的Pt、Ir、Cr、Au、Cu等配合物展开介绍。
Recently, the design and synthesis of circularly polarized luminescent(CPL) materials have attracted intense attention due to their broad applications in high-tech fields such as 3 D display, biological probes, quantum communication,and novel anti-counterfeiting. Both the singlet and triplet states can be used in phosphorescent transition metal complexes,and the internal quantum efficiency of the device can theoretically reach 100%. In addition, due to the effect of the spin-orbital coupling exerted by the introduction of heavy atoms, the asymmetry factor would be significantly promoted, leading to possibly obtain a higher efficiency CPL device. This paper summarized the research progress of circularly polarized phosphorescent materials based on transition metal complexes in recent years, mainly focusing on Pt, Ir, Cr, Au, Cu and other complexes with high luminescence efficiency.
