摘要
电加热器是航天器常用的主动热控措施,合理准确的电加热器在轨工作分析技术可以有效地评估热控功率设计的经济性。为了获取通信卫星热控功率准确的使用情况,研究了热控功率的电流评估、开关量评估方法,通过在轨实际数据对上述方法进行了验证。根据地球静止轨道通信卫星热设计和遥测数据,给出了电加热器在轨使用规律和平均功率,结果表明:目前国内通信卫星加热器总功率余量大于48%,具有较大的统筹优化空间。该评估方法为在轨热控性能评估技术提供了新的思路,评估结果可作为设计热控功率、制定在轨智能管理策略的参考。
Electric heater is a common active thermal control measure for spacecraft.Reasonable and accurate analysis technology of electric heater on-orbit can effectively evaluate the economy of thermal control power design.In order to obtain the accurate use of thermal control power of communications satellite,the current evaluation and switching value evaluation methods of thermal control power are studied,and the above methods are verified by the actual data on-orbit.According to the thermal design and telemetry data of the geostationary orbit communications satellite,the usage rule and average power of the electric heater on-orbit are given.The results show that the total power margin of the domestic communications satellite heater is more than 48%,which has a large co-ordinated optimization space.This evaluation method provides a new idea for on-orbit thermal control performance evaluation technology,and the evaluation results can be used as a reference for designing thermal control power and formulating on-orbit intelligent management strategy.
