星载功率放大器调幅/调相转换系数测试分析与优化 被引量:1

摘要 随着频段的升高,星载功率放大器调幅/调相(AM/PM)转换系数采用传统的单边带法测试时会出现结果无效的情况。文章在测试方法原理的基础上,结合数据对无效测试结果产生的根源进行分析,并分别对测试输入和输出部分中的误差原因进行研究。根据分析结果,详细给出了设备状态参量优化、功率修正等测试优化措施并进行了应用验证。文章分析结果可为星载功率放大器AM/PM转换系数测试结果的分析及准确有效测试提供参考,降低无效测试结果出现的概率,提高测试精度和可靠性,从而为准确评估星载功率放大器的性能奠定基础。 For higher frequency band,invalid test results may occur in the AM/PM(amplitude modulation to phase modulation)conversion coefficient test of the space-borne power amplifier using the traditional single sideband method.Based on the method principle,the reasons for invalid test results are investigated with data,and the error sources in the input and output parts of the test are analyzed.Then optimization measures are discussed in detail such as equipment state parameters optimization,power correction and so on,following by the verifications.The analysis results in the paper are not only useful to provide reference for the accurate and valid test of AM/PM,but also useful to decrease the probability of the invalid test result and to enhance accuracy and reliability,building the foundation of accurate evaluation of the space-borne power amplifier.
