Market competition is ultimately the competition of talents.Business managers in real estate enterprises are in charge of business management and decision-making.Their competence has a huge impact on business management performance.This article first analyzes the basic concepts of competence,and then,based on the definition of managers,from the perspectives of senior managers and middle managers of real estate enterprises,it analyzes in detail the impact of their competence on management performance in order to provide reference.
