以山东典型院校为例的物流管理专业应用型人才协同育人模式探究

摘要 当前我国物流行业的竞争突出表现在人才的竞争。本文通过对山东典型院校物流管理专业协同育人模式建立的研究,明确提出要立足学校应用型人才培养目标,逐步完善和践行“五动六同”的物流管理专业人才培养模式,通过创新协同育人模式,以期取得良好的实施效果。 At present,competition in China’s logistics industry is intensifying,facing the challenges of product optimization,service upgrading,and industrial structure adjustment.Industrial enterprises are in desperate need of application-oriented talents who can adapt to the new trends.As applied undergraduate colleges and universities,school-enterprise collaborative education mainly focusing on the needs of industrial enterprises.Model research and discussion on the optimization path of applied talents training has become the most important issues.Shandong Huayu Institute of Technology actively practice logistics management professional talents collaborative education model research,based on the school's application-oriented talents training goals,gradually improve and practice the"five moves and six ties"training model,in order to achieve a collaborative education model innovation.The model has achieved significant results,and can provide reference for the research of university personnel training mode.
