摘要
会计专业是应用性较强的专业,校企协同培养是提高学生实践能力和创新能力的重要途径。应通过校研企行共同协同培养、加强校研企行协同培养力度、发挥政府在协同培养中的指导作用等措施,使协同各方的资源得以合理配置,实现会计专业人才的供求一致。
With the development of China's economy and the improvement of employment standards of enterprises,the imbalance between supply and demand of accounting talents is becoming more and more prominent.Accounting major emphasizes on application ability.The cooperative training of school and enterprise is an important way to cultivate students'practical ability and innovative ability,which to some extent alleviates the imbalance between supply and demand of accounting talents.At present,there are some problems in the cooperative training of accounting talents,such as the single main body of cooperative training,the insufficient coordination of cooperative parties and the imperfect system and mechanism of cooperative training,as a result,the advantages of cooperative training have not been brought into full play.Therefore,the resources should be allocated reasonably and the supply and demand of accounting talents should be consistent through taking such measures as co-training,strengthening cooperative training and giving full play to the guiding role of the government.
